Netflix app buffering

  • My Netflix app is not opening...Just buffering. No Internet issues. . I have tried normal reset (turn off at box etc ) I have tried update. I have also tried 001 update but Still not working. Was working perfect until yesterday.. Help

Are any other apps working or opening on your Sky Q box, like iPlaylayer, Disney+, Roku?

Is this your main box or a mini, that is failing on.

Do you get any error messages from the Netflix app when it fails to open?

Hi.. . Yes All other apps working perfect.. it's my main Sky box ( I don't have a mini box).. Since lunch time It was just showing the letter N and buffering.. Wouldn't do anything .. .. I have just tried it again now 4.30 pm and it is working as normal again????
