I entered my card details for the £9 per month subscription but did not get any comfirmation that the payment was accepted. The DONE button on the screen does not work. Luckily it appears my card has not been charged (yet?).

Just done mine for the £4 Ad free tier, it worked fine for me and I instantly got the Disney "your payment is paused" email and one from Sky to confirm the change and a £4 monthly charge.

I thought I'd already completed the switch but obviously not.

Re: Disney+, HBO Max and Hayu into one single subscription, exclusively on Sky

I'm a Disney+ Annual payment subscriber.

I have signed up via Sky now, and it all worked fine but got an email from Disney+ saying my old subscription is paused and will continue once the one with Sky comes to an end. I only really signed up because both companies said I would recieve a refund on the months left on the annual subscription. A bit frustating really, do i really need to go via Disney+ support to get a refund?

@Me134  Mine is asking for £9 per month as I have the top-tier with D+, no ads & UHD. You say yours is £4 for the ad-free tier. Surely £4 is the basic package which will include ads?

Which Sky TV platform are you on, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Let us know, so we can move your post to the correct community Disney+ thread.

Also, we have noticed other customers mentioning the same, who are,on an annual plan.

Sky are aware and looking into it, so hold off contacting Disney direct at the moment.

Sorry if this is a daft question. I have started to activate the D+ account through Sky Marketplace on my laptop, & it is now asking me for my card details to confirm the changes. I already have a D+ top-tier account, so the payment it is asking for is £9 per month. Do I really need to fill in the card details section to get this fully activated? I wasn't expecting that to happen; nobody else seems to have mentioned it.

Sorry to do this, I am not being impatient, I promise, but if someone could give me a reply on this asap, I would be very grateful. I am in the middle of the activation process, but I have to go out soon & would really like to get this sorted now. Thanks.

Brilliant. Thanks a lot, Sky. I added my card payments & this is what I get:

Thanks.

I have moved your post here as I mentioned above.

As I said, hold fire on the annual payment refund email if you got one and the like confusion until we get some further fuller clarification.

You will get your refund.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

I had to activate it via my TV in the end, but still went through the same process as I had on my laptop. Anyway, it's all initiated & my D+ account is paused.

No, £4 is the Ad free standard tier,. The Ad supported standard tier is free with Sky.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

Just as a heads-up, the Disney+ sub won't show in the TV section of your bill section online. It comes under Marketplace, the same place you'll find Discovery+ This is where you'll need to go to if your card gets updated as well as the payment has to come from your card, the TV section comes out as a direct debit.

Assume you paid Disney monthly @joeyjoejo

Acvording to the FAQ's you only get a refund if you pay Disney yearly.

Re: Disney+, HBO Max and Hayu into one single subscription, exclusively on Sky

My April Sky bill shown through the menu on the Sky Q box is still showing a £15 fee for Disney+. My understanding is that it should only be £9 going forward. What do I need to do to make sure that I'm paying the correct amount? I thought I'd read somewhere that it would be automatically updated?

I'm aware of that thanks, I'm annual and only a few weeks ago so would rather have the refund
