Re: Disney+, HBO Max and Hayu into one single subscription, exclusively on Sky
What an absolutely disaster. I've got an existing subscription. It says it moved now over the sky, but then I get charged for a full-month subscription from Disney I give up. In the end, I've now cancelled my Disney subscription and I'll reset it up once the terrible charge that I've been given is over. What an absolutely mess if you're trying to move your subscription over the sky

I am exactly the same with sky glass. Pay Disney annual and it says it is now paused even checked Disney account and also says paused. So update on whether I'm getting my refund for remaining months would be great please.

Disney+ refers to wrong
Hey!
I'm trying to add Disney+, but my Sky Q box pulls in the wrong Sky account email address, that Is can't see listed anywhere. If I select another email to sign up with, it seems I can't get the free account. Help!

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I had a Disney+ Standard account already. I wanted to transfer/link to Sky and downgrade to standard with ads to get it free.
Disney transfers to Sky and then the only way to complete the Sky process is to pay £9 a month for Premium.
Have just spent an hour with advisors and my TV now says it is the ad free pack but my Sky account won't complete the process without charging me for Premium.
I was in limbo for a bit, couldn't undo the transfer and didn't want to pay. Bit of a mess and not as smooth as the Netflix process was!
It seems there is a bit of a trap in play to get premium subscribers.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
This is what the Disney site says after starting the transfer (bear in mind I want to transfer and downgrade)
Congratulations!
We’ve linked your accounts and you need to complete setup below to make your saving.
When you’re done, Sky will charge you just £9 per month for Premium and you’ll save £5.99 off the regular monthly price.

Re: Unable to Activate Disney Plus on Sky
I've made a Disneyplus Account, go to login on Sky, I scan the QR code, put the code in and then nothing happens, are other people having this problem?

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Are Sky trying to trap people here? I presume by simply activating and linking my account here that I've signed up to the standard with ads and I just leave it there? See photo attached, then I guess if I want to pay for premium I continue the rest of the setup?
Slightly confusing as its not showing anywhere what I've signed up to.

On your Sky Q box press Home >>> My Sky >>> Sky Shop then click on the Disney + tile and you should then be able to link your Sky to your Disney + account .

By the look of it if you press the " save with Sky" button it will take you Sky market place to set up your account for premium, have to pay separately for that by card they don't take it with your normal TV subscriptions direct debit. But it might also give you the option to for a the other tariffs including the fee one
