One of our Mini box is not working
One of our mini boxes as stopped working we have swap the box with the other boxes which works.
but the one not working is still not working Red light is on but no connection

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
