If you've done it right, the Disney + payments should look like this.

The Channel needs Newer Viewing Cards? or Newer Tiers.
I got the Message:
"The Program is unavailable. This may be because the Broadcaster doesn't offer it in your Region"
The same i have with TNT Sports 2-4 or RacingTV or Premier 1&2

Sorry if this is a daft question. I have started to activate the D+ account through Sky Marketplace on my laptop, & it is now asking me for my card details to confirm the changes. I already have a D+ top-tier account, so the payment it is asking for is £9 per month. Do I really need to fill in the card details section to get this fully activated? I wasn't expecting that to happen; nobody else seems to have mentioned it.

I entered my card details for the £9 per month subscription but did not get any comfirmation that the payment was accepted. The DONE button on the screen does not work. Luckily it appears my card has not been charged (yet?).

I have Disney without ads on an annual subscription. I've set this up now through sky q with a monthly charge to my card. My annual subscription on Disney + now says paused. I was expecting the balance of the annual plan to be refunded automatically. Do I have to request the refund?

@p1ntplease From the FAQ section:Have Disney+ through Disney? You don't need to cancel anything. After you've activated your account with Sky, your subscription with Disney will be paused if you paid monthly, and cancelled if you paid annually. If you're due a refund Disney will pay this within 14 days.

Sorry to do this, I am not being impatient, I promise, but if someone could give me a reply on this asap, I would be very grateful. I am in the middle of the activation process, but I have to go out soon & would really like to get this sorted now. Thanks.

Never try and do something like this when you're rushing. Just abandon it and come back to it later.

Just logged on online and it's asking me to finalise the switchover, it's asking me the same for £4 as I seem to have been on the Ad free version (which I wasn't aware of). Seems to have gone through fine.
