Re: Disney Plus linked accout
@jimxb wrote:I get similar, but with €7 for the premium option. If I try to complete the process by putting in card details, it fails. No error message, just a page titled "We're Sorry".
Was your previous subscription direct with Disney +?

Presumably it was £4 rather than the £4.99 you quoted? Was your last Disney sub Ad free? If so then it's trying to transfer your previous Ad free tier over.
If I'm correct then it may be easiest to pay the £4 for the first month and downgrade via your online account to Ad free if you wish.

Re: Disney+
From the FAQ here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/disney-plus-faqs
Yes, once your plan is active, you can upgrade any time through your TV (head to the MySky area), the My Sky App or Sky.com; and you'll only pay the difference between the tiers.
Important: You won't be able to upgrade through our advisors in call centres.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I posted back on page 11, and got ignored.
So im trying again!
I have been charged by sky £4 for no ads. I have been charged by Disney to reinstate my account, £5.99. I have spoken to disney and they were next to no help.
I have spoken to sky and nothing was done. I want my money back and I want NO ADS!! why is this so difficult?

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Spent over an hour on the phone to sky but without a resolution. I have a Disney + account but with a different email address to my Sky one but keep getting the same error message and it seems to no one knows have to correct it.
using the QR code on the app to link accounts leads to the below page. I have an account but I'm unable to put the details in anywhere. It does not matter if I use a different link (one provided on help pages)
Driving me slightly insane

@Nuttyzebra Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
If you previously had Disney+ with no ads and have changed to Sky then the £4.00 charge is correct as Sky are only giving the with ads tier away for free the no ads tier is £4 and i think the premium tier is £9,00 throuh Sky as for the charge from Ddisney they would/should be able to explain what this is for unless you tried to sign up prior to it being included in your Sky subscription.

Re: I have been informed that I have Disney + included, but cant acces
I have been going around in circles as it kept trying to resubscribe me to my old package at 4.99 a month even though it's now free! I've changed my user details on-line and finally I'm in - thank you 😊
