Following this for a fix as mine has been the same all day I've tried refreshing apps, etc etc nothing helping it must be an IP address issue of some sort to read error 73 wrong region but with all other devices it works so it's either a Disney problem or a sky one 😩

Using search shows there are a few threads on the forum relating to this issue.
They seem to suggest this is linked to an IP address/geo-location problem, i.e. the app thinks you are in a different country to where your account is.
It appears resolution is found by contacting Disney directly if their troubleshooting doesn't work, as covered here: https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/article/disneyplus-en-uk-error-73

i have the same issue. spent over an hour with Disney help, but they couldnt fix it. Been escalated with them apparantely but not heard back in 10 days. Bizarrely it works happily on my phone and my Amazon Fire stick just not Sky Q
