Disney+ cuts out (blank screen) while watching

Was there ever any resolve to this? Ours does exactly as described. So annoying when your in the middle of watching something

Hi, recently Disney+ has been fine via my Sky Q box. I can't actually recall when it stopped hapening, but it has.  The only time I now bypss the Sky Q receiver is to watch Amazon Prime which for some strange reason has issues with sound volumes on the centre channel going up and down t random.

Haven't experienced it in weeks, I would suggest making sure your Q box is up to date, the latest software is now Q340 (which may still be rolling out).

Also, do a search and follow the instructions (in 100s of threads throughout the forum), on how to "refresh apps".
