This worked for me as well, However, considering that I am paying extra for Sky 4K AND Disney UHD, this is not an eccaptable resolution for me.

Yeah @Kiero84 my update worked before but now it's back to black screen. It doesn't matter I can still watch it on Xbox, phone or laptop. Let's hope there will be a resolution as I'm paying a lot for both Sky, Disney, Prime, Apple, Netflix!

I'm having the same problem Disney+ app working fine but blank screen when it come to watching, but you can fast forward work and you can then see the toggle screen at the bottom but press play again it goes back to blank, tried unplugging sky q box nd refreshing the app, but still the same, any advice?

Only thing that's worked for me is turning the setting on the Disney app to SD, it's annoying to be getting an inferior picture quality but until they sort it that seems like the only option

Just tried, and it works a treat thank you DawnMax👍 like you definitely annoying until it's sorted out especially on large screens, once again thank you.

Glad it's sorted for you, maybe sky will give us some money back.......🤔🤣

Just adding another voice to the issue and the current interim solution - blank screen on Disney+ for a number of titles. Changing the resolution to 1080P has resolved for now. Presumably there will be an update, hopefully soon. Guess somebody somewhere missed a step in an update.

Yes let hope so - I can watch it on the tv apps so it's not so bad it's just that we have it on all tv via transmitter that sends pictures and audio in 4k
so hope they soon do a update
thank you

A much better option is using the app on another device, in UHD.

Sorry, do you mean you use your one sky box to send the picture to multipl TVs via a hdmi splitter of some sort? So it centralises the thing which can run the apps so you don't need multiple ? And those TVs can't run apps themselves and you don't have minis/multiscreen?

Not sure what it is but my understanding is that from sky box from the HDMI it goes into a a splitter that turns it into a cat 6 sends it down to another splitter box and turns it back into HDMI to the kitchen Tv 📺 they have multiple box's and splitters that transfer the 4k to all the TVs dining room Kitchen.
upstairs we have a small sky box and in the garden Room but they only transmit in HD
Not sure if I've explained myself x
