I have the same issue. I get error code 1026 when my stream box is connected to Sky Broadband. If I connect it to my phone using mobile data, problem goes away and I can access the app.

I have the same problem, (Error Code 1026: - AUTH_SERVICE_INT_FAILURE) it started yesterday. It's the same on my Sky Q box and mini as well. Reset both but no joy, must be a server side problem. Very frustrating.

Hi all, I had this problem and managed to solve it!
At first, I thought it was Sky's problem so I called their technical support and tried to debug it with them. We tried everything but the error kept coming up on the Sky Q Disney+ app (but not on Disney+ apps on any other devices in the house eg iPad, iPhone, Mac, PC, etc.). So Sky sent me a new Sky Q box, but that didn't help - same problem!
Then I noticed on one of the message boards that someone was able to get the Sky Q Disney+ app to work if the Sky Q was connected to their mobile network but not their home broadband. I tried that and the Sky Q Disney+ app did work when connected to my phone's hotspot (Vodafone 5G) but not with my home broadband (fiber)! Once I did that, I called Sky again and they said to call Disney+.
So I called Disney's technical support. They needed my house's public IP [Removed] and then they reset the Disney+ Sky Q app to work with that IP. And it works!!

This error often happens, when your ip address is not connecting correctly with Disney servers.
First, try rebooting your broadband router and then your Sky Q box to see if that helps.
If still happening, contacting Disney + often removes the issue;

Disney + error code
Going onto Disney+ app error code: 1026-auth_service_init_failure comes up I've reset my sky Q box checked to see have the latest update refreshed apps and still isn't working

See you have tried most things.
Might be worth powering off the Sky Q box.
Restarting your broadband router.
Trying again, once the Sky Q box is powered back up.
Also, the refresh apps can sometimes take up to 24 hours to complete.

According to Disney+, the error code 1026 is usually an app issue or connection error (unstable broadband).

From a Sky perspective, it is amazing what a power cycle can fix. Unplug the Q box from the mains for at least 10 minutes before rebooting. If you continue to have issues, search the community for "app refresh" and follow the instructions.

Cant lof into Disney, auth error 1026
Cannot log into Disney+.
We are having a problem please exit the app and try again. Error code 1026 auth_service_init_failure.
Tried reboot no luck
