I am having the same issue. Tried everything. Reset sky, factory reset, refresh apps... Nothing works. I pay for Disney+ and it works on all other devices but not on sky.

 

It used to work and it just stopped a few weeks ago. Does anyone have a fix for this as it is really frustrating?

I have the same issue, used for 4 days now this error code shows up 

 

my sky home page shows: continue watching, Disney shows that I've started watching, but I cannot access Disney at all via sky now

Disney+ error code 1026

I can't get on Disney +.it keeps coming up with error code 1026. I've rebooted the tv and my router but nothing works. Advice says too uninstall the app but you can't with sky and refreshing the apps does nothing. please help

Disney +on sky Q not working

Shows error code 1026 auth service init failure then says exit

done all the usual unplug and restart still the same

I now have this issue with Disney and 1026 error code.

 

I have updated the Sky Q box software

I have refreshed the Apps

I have power cycled the Sky Q box, wireless router and fibre box in turn

 

Next step please ???

Fixed ! Called Disney and they reset my IP address, which didn't actually work then set me up with a new code to login which did work
