Disgraceful service

I've been with sky for 26 years and currently spend approximately 3k a year, I've had no usable tv service for a month and after replacing my q box 12 days ago no tv service at all I've been on the phone to the tech and customer service teams daily for hours and still have no resolution, the promised visits and management call backs have not happened, they gave me a three hour window today to call me back and 1 minute before the end of the window they text me me with no apology cancelled the call and rebooked it for tomorrow, do you treat all customers like this???? No wonder your subscriber numbers are declining!!!! I am being left left with no other options but to cancel and get another supplier

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
