No Hard adrive Detected

Everytime I turn my SkyQ box on I recieve a message saying the Hard Drive has not been detected. We went through the instructions online and it still doesn't work, we still get the same message. Called SkyQ surprise, surprise, couldn't talk to a human. Listened to all the different layers of options just for a Sky automated service to send me a link to the website I had previously which didn't work! Has anyone else had this message?

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.

And swap the power cable/supply when you swap the box. They aren't all the same
