Discovery app not working

Don't bother calling sky!  Absolutely useless!

Got told to switch off my sky Q box, remove plug then plug it back in, turn sky back on and the issue your experiencing will reset...

For just discovery plus not any other app or channel.. Total waste of time!!!

Same with my Sky Q I've been trying to load discovery plus all evening and all I'm getting is the logo 😠

I'll join in and confirm my sky q discovery + app not working on 3 tvs also 😞 rebooted set and WiFi, no change, software update didn't seem to work either

Strange - just started working again!

Mine started working again just 10 min after I commented after resetting my internet and sky Q box quite a few times oh and resetting my discovery pass word.

I still can't get the UHD games plus the extras on Sky q. Is the same for others as well

 It seems to work fine on the TV and on Apple

It's not for everyone unfortunately @Jules6705 

On the Sky Q for example, there are no UHD games for tonight, yet it's working everywhere else

@Tich88 I don't think you will be able to watch the City game on UHD though on discovery plus through Sky

For UHD/HDR - it has not yet been made available on Discovery+ app on .SkyQ.

Also UHD/HDR has recently been removed from Amazon Firesticks.

The images still have UHD on them though.

UHD/HDR works fine on Roku and BTtv box apps.

Watching TNT Sports Ultimate Live Mancity match via Firetvstick no HDR popup whikst watching the UHD version.

Diagnostics on the Firestick say the the stream is now only 1080 too - although the picture is still very good.

Hello. My Discovery plus is not working either. I get to same screen and it says upgrade to watch.  I follow on screen instructions but keep coming back to same screen. I called sky yesterday and upgraded to TNT. Do we think it is a software issue? Thank you
