Discovery + app not showing full content
I have recently updated my subscription to included TNT Sport due to the closure of Eurosport in the UK. I should be able to access the full content of the Discovery+ app via my Sky Q box, but it's still saying I don't have the full subscription. I've followed the on-line instructions, but it's still not giving me the content. I also can only access the basic content through the Discovery+ on my tablet. Whilst I'm not bothered about the app on my tablet, I would expect to see the full content via the app on Sky Q. Why can't I?

If you choose to subscribe to TNT Sports with a discovery+ Basic account through Sky Marketplace, we’ll automatically upgrade you to a discovery+ Premium account. With this subscription, you’ll have access to comprehensive sports coverage.
Important: The Premium upgrade can take up to 24 hours, although TNT Sports channels will start working within six hours.

I added TNT Sport to my account on Thursday and was able to access it immediately. Still no luck with Discovery+ premium. Yes, I've logged out of the app on Sqy Q and the app on my tablet. Still no luck sadly. I've also refreshed all my apps.

Proir to subscribing to TNT Sports had you been using Discovery plus and was it fully activated on your Q box?

Yes I was given the basic account as part of the Sky package a couple of years ago at no extra cost.

Thanks, but 24 hours came and went 3 days ago - I'm still without the Discovery Plus upgrade. That's the whole point of my message and comments.

I have the same problem, subscribed 3 days ago and it won't let me watch tnt on the app. It says I have premium in my products, very frustrating.
