Discovery Plus - Upgrade to watch.

Good Morning. I'm trying to get into Discovery Plus on Sky Q. I can view all the information but when I try to watch something I get a message to upgrade my pass to watch. It is linked to my Sky Q account. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

hi @lettice asks what are you trying to watch..

 

Note that within the discovery plus app it will show lots of sports all of which are not available within the base subscription but needs the premium TNT subscription

I'm trying to watch just about anything at this point to get it to work. All categories give me the upgrade message. I've logged in to sky and the sky account and discovery plus are linked. I've tried adding it (even though I can see the app is there) via the tv/sky box but the discovery plus tile is missing.

It's a know problem. I have been trying to get sky to fix this for over 2 years but they just can't be **bleep**.

 

i have raised 4 complaints and sky have just shut them down without resolving.

 

if you contact discovery direct they sometimes give you a month or 2 free access.

 

its a sky issue but as it's a "free" perk they don't feel like they have to fix it.
