No crowd or Ref sounds on NFL CBS Sports games?

Why is there no crowd or Referee sound when Sky Sports CBSSports NFL games are shown?

This is STILL an issue. I have to use illegal streams which have perfect audio. This proves this is a problem on the Sky Sports end. Please sort this, I shouldn't have to resort to illegal streams.

NFL is all over the place tonight just watching on one channel then it crashes into a football interview the CBS coverage is awful.  On top of that signal keeps dropping other channels fine, very frustrating.

Exactly the same issue for us watching the 49ers at Giants CBS Sports coverage

Stadium sound was nothing more than muffled

No audio from the officials whenever they made an announcement

Was like watching the game on mute and listening to coverage via radio which is horrendous

We had this too, would be nice to hear from Sky and a refund for spoilt games!!!!!

I'm a paying customer, forced to use illegal streams because the quality on Sky is so bad. I think it's an important point to make.

It also proves the problem is with Sky. Its not my TV and it's not a problem with CBS.

The stadium noise was absolutely electric, as it should be for an NFL game. Sky are killing the atmosphere.

This has been a problem for many games this season.

Nobody is forcing you to use illegal streams @Bot that's your choice but constantly posting about it isn't helping either.

Illegal streamers are also killing the atmosphere and incurring future costs for paying customers.

You say you are a paying customer but you why do you need to resort to the above.
