Disconnected

Why if my contract ends in march 2024 I have been disconnected on 8th Feb 2024?

Have you actually cancelled? Your discounts will end in March but not necessarily your whole subscription.

I only told them not to renew my contract and they said it will end on 17th march but was disconnected today

As that date is more than 5 weeks away I would advise you to contact Sky to query this.

Presuming your payments are up to date are there any on screen messages when trying to view Sky? How did Sky leave this if they have told you they don't know what's happened?

My payments are up to date and I have an on screen message telling me I am not subscribed,  the agent could not fix my problem and told me to phone back next week, in the meantime I have a payment going out next week.
