Why if my contract ends in march 2024 I have been disconnected on 8th Feb 2024?

I only told them not to renew my contract and they said it will end on 17th march but was disconnected today

Thank you, I have contacted sky this morning and they said that they didn't know why I have been disconnected

My payments are up to date and I have an on screen message telling me I am not subscribed, the agent could not fix my problem and told me to phone back next week, in the meantime I have a payment going out next week.
