Different MAC address

I have had to connect my sky Q box every day to my Trooli fibre. I am trying to find out why the connection keeps dropping and I have found that My MAC addresses on my sky Q settings for 2.4 and 5ghz as well as Ethernet are all different to the MAC address displayed On my router admin

Virtual NICs running over the top of the physical one. That's not the source of the problem.
