Constant picture break up?

Constant picture break up, sound goes, tried switching on & off repeatedly has made no difference. Can't be weather related for this long surely??

If you have your own dish then you probably need Sky to check the alignment.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Burcott72 are you using the HDMI lead provided by SKY, or a different one?
