From what I see, the only resolution is to change provider

Not a solution but a workaround: I have found that if you log in through the TVs own app rather than access Disney + through Sky it works perfectly.

Hi @ThePope27
How long does the refresh process take and do you get a message at the end informing you that the process has been completed. The indicator button on my box is showing red, since I initiated the process approx 3 mins ago and the message remains as Your apps are being refreshed.
