Connectivity issue

I'm getting fed up, two off my sky Q mini boxes keep disconnecting and reconnecting every 10 seconds with "there is a connectivity issue between your mini and main sky Q boxes" even though the mini box has 2 ticks beside the network connection and sky Q connection and it's driving us made. We've done everything the help section says but nothing seams to work and when I phone sky I always get someone who doesn't speak good English can I please get help.

No help, but this appears to be a SKY issue. We have 2 Q boxes, both have similar faults. Started just after midnight, still present 8.37am. Main box OK. Both Q boxes connected to main box, 2 ticks also. Reset everything. Router is fine.

Frustrating to say the least.

Update. Cannot fix so having an engineer out. In 8 days! Funny 2 customers have the same problem at the same time. Still think it is Sky server but I cannot see recordings on main box but I can get all channels!
