New Q box

I've been waiting for delivery of my new Q Box since Nov 24! I have telephoned 3times since then and each time been promised a box would be delivered in 3-5 working days but NOTHING has arrived! The engineer is booked to install tomorrow but I don't have a box OR a viewing card!  Do I assume he'll be bringing both with him?

The enginner brings the man Sky Q box, any mini boxes you've ordered and equipment to change the satellite dish to accommodate Sky Q. The new viewing card should arrive in the post but hopefully the engineer has spares on the van. 

Did you mean to type November 2024?
