My sky q connection to streaming services has become unusable over the last few days.
I have now connected by ethernet to the mini box and the broadband router.
I have turned off wifi on both boxes.
My broadband is through a third party and is working fine, i use it daily for video conferencing with no issues.
I have rebooted everything multiple times and checked I am on the most recent software versions.
Just for reference if I try to watch any content on youtube, the app will downgrade the resolution to 240p just to be able to stream it.
I can watch the same content on my tv at full 4k.
I am paying for a service which I am not receiving.
Can anyone advise on how to report and get this rectified.
