Netflix app not opening

App won't open , coming up with an error code, Google says it's a network issue? Reset all apps, reset sky Q box, still not working.. when I check my network everything says fine? Netflix not reporting any issues and I can still get on my android device, what's the Solution?

Netflix down. Error tvq-st-103 and tvq-st-115. Rebooted router / stream etc. everything else seems ok.

Tried that also, still not making any difference, when I check my network status on the Netflix error screen, it says all ok? 4 green ticks ✅✅✅✅
