Connect to sky box error

Hi, we’ve swapped tvs around to different rooms but kept the sky box, 1 tv working other days to start press... on your remote control to connect via wifi or connect via Ethernet but when we press it nothing happens... help

What is it asking you to press on the remote?

sounds like the remote might need re-pairing with that box
