Conflicting Advice on delivery of SkyQ

I called to rejoin sky last week and the agent asked if I had kept the previous cables to plug into my communal dish. I answered yes and they said they don't need to send sn engineer and will send out the sky Q box.

 

checked MySky the next days and it said I needed to contact sky. Called them and after being passed to 6 different agents in the India call centre was told everything was fine and that the box was due to leave the depot that evening.

 

3 days later I call again only to be told that the box can't be sent without an engineer and that I need to schedule a day for installation. Which isn't until 10th August.

 

I've noticed calling sky has got worse since handed over to India, and every time I call the agent just says whatever they can just to get you off the phone.

 

i imagine if I call back they will say the box is on its way.

 

Very frustrating
