Sky Q interface Disney + login not mirroring to both mini boxes

We are logged into our Disney+ account on our main Sky Q box. This is mirrored on 1 of our mini boxes but not the other 1 , this one is asking us to login, this should not be required as we are already logged in downstairs. 
I have factory reset the box, refreshed the apps, reset our main box . Has this happened to anyone else. It was working fine yesterday.

Each box requires you to login separately (although with the same credentials) - i.e. a login on one does not log you in on the other

 

There may have been an update or other reason that an existing login might have expired or just require a re-login.
