Trying to screen Rugby League on sky sports+. When I press red button get an error code WGT8 widget 1.64.0

i recently got a mini box and had the same error ....

i resolved it by updating the software on it .....

go to settings then system info then software version /setup and update it ....

be patient, looks like nothing is happening for about 20 mins but it'll finish .... quick restart and good to go

forgot to mention about refreshing apps afterwards ....

go to settings but don't click on it  --  enter 001 then press enter on your remote -- go down to apps -- select refresh apps and that's it done

No problem ....

Like I say I'm new to the sky mini setup ....

You'll probably have viewing issues while watching the app - freezing, I'm lead to believe this is a problem at sky's end and us as users will have to live with it until an update solves the problem
