Sky Q box won’t stay connected to broadband,

Hi my sky q box won't stay connected to the broadband. I unplug the box for a few minutes and then re-enter router password, it finds it connects and then fails to connect after about 30 seconds. The box has already been connected to the same router for a couple of years prior

Assume you are not on Sky Broadband @shalomn7174 

Are you carrying out a Network reset to connect it or just a reboot?

No, not sky broadband, been on the phone to sky, they think it's the box and sending engineer, thanks
