Channel change lagging on sky q mini box

When I change channels on my sky q mini box it lags for about 10- 15 seconds before channel changes why?

Hi @Tom-W19 Try rebooting your SKYQ Mini box by turning the power off for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
