Programme/movies constantly freezing with sky Q

While watching movies it is very annoying when it constantly frame freezes and the blue circle just keeps going round and round. Is it the sky Q box or the WiFi speed or something else. Would like to find a solution please.

Hi @Psyork Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

It's the Q box's wifi speed. It drops dramatically with distance or obstructions. If you can't get the router reboot to help, try powerline adapters.
