My current sky Q contract has expired I wish to continue using sky Q but only wish to have the basic signature package I've looked online and I see sky is offering it for £31
Id like to sign up to this package asap .
Could someone tell me the easiest way to do this please without getting a sales guy trying to sell me a far bigger package
( I've been with sky for over 22years )

Hi @Grif10
Afraid you need to speak directly to `Sky.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Re: Changing my sky Q package
Technically you're discounts expired not your contract. Give Sky a call, mention what parts of your subscription you wish to cancel, and try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
