2 out of 3 sky boxes won’t switch on. Have replaced all Sky remote control batteries but no joy

2 out if 3 sky boxes including the main one will not switch on despite new batteries in the remote controls. What do I do next?

Hi, If it's SkyQ equipment then it is owned by Sky. Report the issues to Sky and ask for replacements to be sent out

Hi @lliver+kcaj

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting it's Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
