Hi I also have this problem. Mini box is connecting to old wifi and won't let me connect to the new wifi provider. Please can I have some assistance? Thanks

@GV37 If Sky was you old provider and you have moved to a different provider the mini box will not connect to the new provider by WIFI it will connect to the main Q box by way of a mesh created by the main Q box so this may well be what you are seeing

I have this issue too. I need to change my sky q main box and mini box to a new wifi system. When I do this it seems to work but when the mini connects it boots the main box off the network after a short period of time.
