Change Paramount Plus Account

I am signed into Paramount Plus on an old account on my Sky Q box, I've just opened a new account and want to log in on this one.  I have been unable to sign out and sign back in. How do I do this?

Assuming you can access these steps:

Login in using profile highlighted

Click Left to bring up the side menu

Scroll down to settings & Right Click

You should then see the account  and be able to click right to highlight & select SIgn Out
