I'm looking for help. I am going round in circles trying to re-connect a sky Q mini.
It is in the room where it was set up by Sky engineer, with a booster in the same room that's connected/wires to the dish I believe:
the sky q mini status is showing as not connected to either the network or the main Q box. But when I follow the process in the sky help section, it won't go beyond reconnecting - it gets going on the process and then the sky mini powers off. I cannot get beyond this point: what can I do?
