Iplayers not an option for us in the ROI

Hi this is happening again this morning was working ok yesterday but gone again now.

Cbeebies HD is not working again, neither is CBBC. The programme pops up for a millisecond, then it says 'programme is not being broadcast on this channel'. This happened 2 days ago, it was fine yesterday, but now not working again. Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried resetting the box, it didn't work. I'm having to resort to using iPlayer and watching live on there. How do I actually contact Sky to report it? They are quick to take my money, but don't seem to want me to contact them easily.

CBeebies and CBBC are down this morning on Sky. BBC1 is working fine. What's going on?
