This morning's fault seems to be resolved now and CBBC/Cbeebies are both working again. If it's been happening for a few days you may have a different problem as this fault only happened today and on Tuesday morning.

May I suggest that the 2 workarounds are included within the answer from KevNewMedia ?

i.e. Go to the BBC iplayer app and watch live cbeebies on there.

or Select cBeebies from Freeview.

This would keep the litteones happy until BBC/Sky sort it out.
