Cbeebies not working 16.09.25

Sky say I do not have the Kids package .so can not watch Cbeebies !

But they offered a Sky Kids package for 2 months as we had problems this year .We cancelled it one month in as unused + we did not want to pay after the free period ended.

Sky say BBC  not broadcasting but neighbours say they are + we can see a glimpse of Cbeebies before Sky notice " No programmes being transmitted on this channel."  

Sky are telling me to phone the BBC ? Sky is the service provider 

This is a free BBC channel providing you have a TV licence ,that we do have 

I and my grandchildren are disappointed in Sky

Exactly the same issue here. Glimpse of cbeebies then says no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel.

Yes, we have the same issue (I'm in the South West) Thankfully, it's still available using the BBC app.

Have followed instructions to reboot but comes on for a split second then nothing

CBeebies coming on for a second then saying no broadcasting on this channel all other channels working on hd and bbc

Having the same issue. Both on CBeebies and CBBC -  a blue screen with the channel insignia on the left and 'no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel' message across the top.

(I have a rather unhappy ASD/SLD son right now who enjoys watching Something Special on CBeebies )

Until the problem is fixed you can watch CBBC/CBeebies live on iPlayer. 

Open the iPlayer app, select channels on the left, then choose CBBC or CBeebies and select Watch Live.

You can stream it live on the bbc iPlayer app

We had the same message but gone on bbc I player and the CBeebies channel is on there
