Catch-up tv not working

No connection to catch-up tv or netflix

hi @Hunmingbird50 
Looks like your Q box is not connected to your Network.

Try first rebooting your router by removing the power lead for 30sec and the reconnecting.

When the router is completely back up and running reboot the main Q box.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

I try this and it worked for a few hours not it's won't work..... I can't Contact sky now because it's after 9pm!!! So we can't watch anything on demand or catch up!!!! It's been hard work all day for my kids to watch anything on the telly!!!!

It's weird because I've got a good broadband speed and I can download movies and view Netflix. But no ITVX and no catch up on BBC ITV etc. Any ideas

Catch up not updating  although we can access itvx etc so Internet connection is fine.
