The subject line says it all when watching tennis and i want to watch a different match pressing the red button to see what other matches are available I end up with a blue screen and the Techinical Fault WGT8. press return to exit. I don't think I am the only person to have this problem and the Vitual Assistant is next to useless. I do have multiscreen so that is not a issue.

After working with one of the Sky Experts this problem has been resolved. It seems the software on my SkyQ box was to old to work with the red button hence the message WGT8 error code. Once the software was uploaded and installed and accessing the multicourt thru the Home page then sport then tennis then choosing a cour to watch. This started a download of the missing app. Once this was done I can now access other tennis matches via the red button.

I got the exact same thing yesterday and tonight with Championship football. I wasn't so bothered yesterday but my team is playing tonight!

I updated the software from the settings menu. I was on Q220.000.23.00L. Went over to the setup button next to the software version and started the update. This took about 10min to complete. Once the download is complete and updated I had to put the box into standby then turn in back on.
After that I went back to the home page and navigated down to sport and tennis, in my case, and was able to open a multicourt session after that I was able to use the red button. Appearantly the red button opens a Sky Sport like app.
