I've refreshed the apps and the bonus streams seem to have mysteriously appeared

Go on settings, then system info and there should be two options to either factory reset or refresh apps

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

I'm having same problem with Tennis Channel can't watch another match . Press red button ,choose match , you are not subscribed to this channel. Contacted Sky , got a software update but still nothing.
It was fine until Sky Spots plus turned up. Sky must be aware of this so why hasn't it been sorted. Not very happy!!

@Hunkydory52 do you pay Sky for the full sports package or do just pay for the tennis channel ?

Having same problem. Just had brand new sky q box last week as hardrive melted on last one so software is bang up to date. Sat down to watch EFL cup game but blue screen and error code WGT8. If anyone can help would be appreciated. What are sky doing.......

Fix in thread above in Feb worked for me forcing refresh of apps through engineer menu. Settings 001 etc

Excellent answer! I just had a new Sky Q box installed to replace my old Sky + box which allegedly did not support the red button. However, neither did my new Sky Q box. Followed the advice regarding the engineer's menu, and I now have a fully operational red button. Thank you Laing1>

Just had q installed today getting the same code. I'm doing a software download hopefully this works. I used the assistance page and was useless
