Cannot download brookside on demand any more

Still has episodes missing as well now, which is frustrating if you go to series 4 it jumps from series 4 episode 13 two series 4 episode 15 so no episode 14 very very strange and annoying

Same her it loads until 164% Yes 😂 but it will not play at all. i can just Cancel the DL.

Was last weeks episodes of Take the High Road and Brookside - seems to have been sorted out because I just successfuly downoaded them.

Seems to happening a lots lately with the new downloads on a  Friday and Wednesday respectively.

Well, that was shortlived! Brookside has downloaded fine but High Road is sticking from episode 1501. 

Very frustrating!

In my Case the Downloads works just fine now.  Both Series.

I know we're struggling with our downloads but my other Holy Grail would be Grange Hill, they have given us Byker Grove but Grange Hill anybody? How do I tell STV to get that deal done?

Hi all,

A quick update our support teams have been able to replicate the issue with the download bar going over 100% and sticking, this is on the SD formats of Brookside. This is currently being investigated and worked through.

@Craig1969dky sorry, I don't quite understand your last post, can you explain in more detail?
