Cannot download brookside on demand any more

Having the same issues trying to download the last 5 episodes of series 19 this week

Seems to be hit and miss lately. Tried downloading an episode and it went to 100%+, cancelled the download and deleted it the tried again and it worked. Had a few occasions when it was like this.

I'm just circling back to this as this was resolved by support teams but if the issue persists I want to go back with the feedback.

Please tell me:

- The exact content having the issue

- The series and episode number

- The exact issue you are seeing (a picture is always really helpful)

The issue today was with series 19 episode 16. Took 7 attempts of starting the download, cancelling and restarting to get it fixed. It starts to download reaches 100% and still continues before saying download failed. In the end I watched it on the STV app. Strangely enough when requesting a download via the Sky Go it worked first time. What's also not happening is auto download of the following episode.

It's exactly the same for me, so annoying.

i did on line chat with sky last night and she offered me to call an engineer out.

i told her it's not just me there must be an issue their end.

Hi all, just checking up on this again after the weekend. This looks to be resolved however if you're having any further issues with the download bar exceeding 100% then let me know.
