Can't pick my match

I want to pick my match on sky+ but it only works in the main room not on multiroom

You've posted on the Sky+ board so i have to assume that's what you have. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop).

No daniel i can only watch the main match on sky+ on the tv in the other room , if you try to select another match all you get is a technical isssues message

You can only watch the broadcast match not alternatives.

@bodvoc79  @Daniel0210  is correct there is no longer red button functionality on sky plus boxes 

to access the extra games via the red button you need to upgrade to either sky Q glass or stream

You can only watch the match that is being broadcast on the channel, you cannot use the red button on a Sky Plus box

Multiroom is a term relating to Sky+ subscriptions. On Sky Q it's Multiscreen.
