Can’t get sky apps

I have scaffolding up so haven't been able to access a sky signal so have been using the apps and downloadable content for the last few weeks but last night I lost those also, I have a network connection just no satellite signal

@Dom2 afraid the Sky box needs a satellite signal to continue working, it will work for a few weeks without one but will then stop working as you have found out. Once the scaffolding is down it will start working again,.

Work arounds are to have the dish moved until the scaffolding is taken down but you will need to have it moved back and this will cost you to do this Sky charge around £65 for this work each time.

or

If you have a laptop you could consider using Sky go connecting it to your TV with a HDMI cable

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
