Can’t get basic sky channels

The onscreen message says I need to upgrade my subscription. I haven't cancelled my subscription and have all the upgrades for the channels I want to access.  

have tried rebooting but this didn't solve the problem

What is your base subscription, what channel are you trying to access and do you have HD sub?

Thanks for replying to my comment. I have now spoken to a member of the team and have resolved the issue. It was an absolute basic package my father has but we have upgraded to Signature.
