Not received SkyQ box?

I have not received my SkyQ box. 

Was informed that would be sent & I would get notice 6 days ago

Is this a replacement box being delivered as part of a 'doorstep box swap'?

Not sure mate. 

I think it mailed. 

  • Was told to put my old receiver in box and return it!

DPD deliver the replacement box and take the already disconnected box with them. Remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box and accept any power lead DPD bring in case it's different to the one you currently have. 

You'll perhaps need to contact Sky to see why the delivery hasnt arrived yet.
