Mini box
One of My mini box keeps buffering and then saying no connection even tho the other one is ok and so is the main sky q box

@Mrc6 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot the mini box
